Each year on February 2nd, hundreds of people flock to Punxsutawney, PA for Groundhog day. Punxsutawney Phil is the only true weather forecasting groundhog. The others are just imposters and you can even have breakfast with him! According to legend, if Punxsutawney Phil sees his shadow, there will be six more weeks of winter weather. If he does not see his shadow, there will be an early spring. Did you know that a groundhog can whistle when it is alarmed? Groundhogs also whistle in the spring when they begin courting.
